What kind of rules do you follow? I'd really like a glass of wine but I'm not sure when to have it or how much to have.

My LO. Is 9 months old so I will occasionally have a drink at dinner after she goes to bed. She doesn't feed again until 2-3 so plenty of time for my body to metabolize the alcohol.
